Absolutely!  We are currently offering fantastic rates for all who book a tour with us.  Currently the deal is $25 per person per night for a bed in a dorm including breakfast and internet.  This deal is available both the night before departing and also the night after returning.

Most of the tours have early departure times so it is worth getting a decent rest before heading out.

All tours depart from Dickson Central which is the boutique hostel located in Dickson, minutes from the City.

This deal is only available if beds in Dickson Central are available so book early to avoid disappointment.

Wear whatever is comfortable. It is recommended to have a sturdy pair of broken-in trail shoes, boots, or sneakers.

It is also a good idea to dress in layers and wear clothing that will wick away perspiration to keep you dry and comfortable

Generally speaking, there is not much to bring but different tours will require different gear.

For example, you will need a decent pair of walking shoes or boots as well as warm clothing for the overnight hiking trips.  We supply the tents, sleeping bags, mats, rucksacks and food for you.  In addition, you will receive a free camping pack to keep which contains a light poncho, microfibre towel, wide brim hat, spork (combined knife and fork), large collapsible water bottle and head torch for the hike.  Basically the things you don’t particularly want to share with other walkers.

The Canberra Capital Attractions tour is all inclusive too which means you only need to dress comfortably and be prepared to enjoy the attractions and stopping for lunch.

The same goes for the 2 day camping trips.  Food and gear is provided so you only need comfortable clothing and decent walking shoes.

A final note however, it wouldn’t be a bad idea to pack snacks for your trip.  Some of the itineraries can be a little demanding.

If you are still unsure, simply send us an email with your enquiries.

You must call 24 hours ahead of your scheduled tour for a full refund. No termination fee will be charged. There are no refunds for cancellations within 24 hours of your tour, or if you decide not to show up.

In addition, if a tour is cancelled or postponed due to weather, you are given the option for a full refund or accept a different tour.

Very important, reservations are required for guaranteed spots on all tours. Reservations help us determine the number of guides we need to ensure that our groups remain manageable and enjoyable.

We can also notify you of changes to the tour due to weather or anything that could disturb the tours.

We do hike in the rain, snow, wind and any other weather conditions. After all, we’re going on an adventure! However, if the weather creates an unsafe environment for our adventurers then trip will need to be changed or postponed. You will be notified prior to your trip if there are changes due to weather.

We will endeavour to either change the destination or postpone the trip itself depending on the general consensus of the team.
